Suivez le guide !\" href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/paleo-ou-pas-suivez-le-guide\/\">les principes du r\u00e9gime ancestral<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>La m\u00e9thode en 5 \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n<p>Sans plus attendre, voici la m\u00e9thode\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Faire fondre dans une grande po\u00eale une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gras<\/strong> (la graisse de canard est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajouter de la viande<\/strong> et la faire revenir<\/li>\n<li>Quand la viande commence \u00e0 \u00eatre cuite, <strong>ajouter une bonne quantit\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> coup\u00e9s en morceaux, et des herbes ou \u00e9pices<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer<\/strong>, baisser le feu et couvrir pendant 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Quand c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat, <strong>manger<\/strong>\u00a0!
