Deux minutes au micro-onde et le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est pr\u00eat \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans cet article je vous propose une\u00a0<strong>quiche viande hach\u00e9e\/poivrons\/aubergine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi ces ingr\u00e9dients ? <strong>C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;avais dans mon frigo \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez donc pas \u00e0 \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif dans vos recettes : <strong>n&rsquo;importe quel l\u00e9gume<\/strong> et <strong>n&rsquo;importe quelle source de prot\u00e9ine<\/strong> (jambon, thon, viande hach\u00e9e) fonctionnent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>\u00a0: 10 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a040-45 min<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>12 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>300 grammes de viande hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Deux poivrons (ils se pr\u00eatent particuli\u00e8rement bien \u00e0 des quiches de petit-d\u00e9jeuner, de par leur go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Une aubergine<\/li>\n<li>Un oignon<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre &amp; autre condiments de votre choix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Eplucher et couper en morceau les poivrons, l&rsquo;aubergine et l&rsquo;oignon<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir quelques minutes la viande h\u00e2ch\u00e9e, juste de quoi la br\u00fbnir<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, battre les oeufs et ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients sans oublier le sel et le poivre<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner et cuire pendant 40-45 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec ces quantit\u00e9s, vous pouvez facilement faire six petit-d\u00e9jeuners.<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;oubliez pas de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer\/congeler le reste, \u00e7a vous sauvera la vie (ou du moins vous \u00e9vitera de partir la faim au ventre).<\/p>\n<h1>Envie de plus d&rsquo;id\u00e9es de petit d\u00e9jeuner pal\u00e9o ?<\/h1>\n<p>Prochainement, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;aborder <strong>en profondeur<\/strong> le sujet du petit d\u00e9jeuner pal\u00e9o, et de fournir BEAUCOUP d&rsquo;infos et de conseils.
