A noter que vous pouvez aussi r\u00e2per du chou-fleur (mais on se rapproche alors de la recette du taboul\u00e9 pal\u00e9o) (lien)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomate<\/strong>\u00a0: on trouve en ce moment sur les march\u00e9s des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s pouss\u00e9es en France \u00ab\u00a0pleine terre\u00a0\u00bb type c\u0153ur de b\u0153uf\u00a0; voir une tomate pleine de chair, \u00e7a change des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s pleines de flottes d&rsquo;Espagne (je suis d&rsquo;humeur patriote)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poivrons<\/strong>\u00a0: l\u00e0 aussi, mangez fran\u00e7ais<\/li>\n<li><strong>Courgette<\/strong>\u00a0: perso je les coupe en d\u00e9s, crues&#8230; \u00e7a croque et c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9gal<\/li>\n<li>&#8230; la liste est longue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ensuite, des prot\u00e9ines\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sardines, maquereau<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Foies de morue<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Thon<\/strong>&#8230;\u00a0\u00e7a, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait pour l&rsquo;ambiance \u00ab\u00a0Grand large\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\">N&rsquo;oubliez pas nos amis les b\u00eates terrestres :<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u00e2t\u00e9s de toute sorte<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rillettes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saucisson<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Jambon sec<\/strong> (de Parme, Serrano, etc.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jambon blanc<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>G\u00e9siers de volaille<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0152ufs<\/strong>\u00a0: Bien s\u00fbr, on peut couper en morceau des \u0153ufs durs&#8230; J&rsquo;aime aussi faire des \u0153ufs \u00e0 la coque, les peler comme des \u0153ufs durs et utiliser le jaune comme une sauce pour la salade, avant de manger le blanc. Un r\u00e9gal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Et enfin, des graisses\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Avocat<\/strong>\u00a0: avec ses acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s, <strong>c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;aliment sant\u00e9 \u00e0 ne surtout pas omettre<\/strong>. Les march\u00e9s en regorgent en ce moment, usez et abusez-en. Si vous en avez les moyens, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;avocat est aussi une excellente option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong>\u00a0: Un classique \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<li><strong>Huile de noix:<\/strong> Pour changer de l&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Et peut-\u00eatre, des produit laitiers ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Je les conseille de mani\u00e8re exceptionnelle<\/strong>, car les produits laitiers sont souvent mal assimil\u00e9s par l&rsquo;organisme.
