Sur Facebook, je propose du contenu (photos, recettes, sondages) qui ne sont pas disponibles ici.<\/p>\n<p>Rejoignez-nous si vous souhaitez \u00e9changer sur la pratique du r\u00e9gime au quotidien !<\/p>\n<h1>Id\u00e9es de petit-d\u00e9jeuner pal\u00e9o<\/h1>\n<h2>Des \u00ab\u00a0c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0\u00bb pal\u00e9o<\/h2>\n<p>Un grand bol de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0: voil\u00e0 la <del>meilleure<\/del> <a title=\"Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner standard: une catastrophe pour l\u2019organisme\" href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/le-petit-dejeuner-standard-une-catastrophe-pour-lorganisme\/\"> pire fa\u00e7on de commencer sa journ\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Je ne suis pas un grand fan des aliments de substitution, mais allez, si on fait une version pal\u00e9o du bol de c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, \u00e7a ira pour cette fois\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une petite poign\u00e9e d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>Une petite poign\u00e9e de noix (ou tout autre ol\u00e9agineux qui vous fait envie)<\/li>\n<li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de noix de coco en poudre<\/li>\n<li>Du lait d\u2019amande ou de coco, suivant votre envie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hachez grossi\u00e8rement les amandes et les noix (n\u2019en faites pas de la poudre) et mettez-les dans un bol<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le miel et la coco rapp\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Enfin recouvrez de lait d\u2019amande ou de coco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Un porridge coco<\/h2>\n<p>Une recette qui n\u2019est pas sans rappeler les bols de flocons d\u2019avoine que mangent nos amis les Anglais le matin\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un verre de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de noix de coco en poudre<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin en poudre<\/li>\n<li>De l\u2019extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>Un peu de miel (optionnel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chauffez le lait de coco dans une petite casserole<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez l\u2019ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen<\/li>\n<li>Remuez fr\u00e9quemment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange s\u2019\u00e9paississe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Un smoothie coco \/ beurre d\u2019amande<\/h2>\n<p>Qui a dit qu&rsquo;un smoothie ne pouvait pas tenir au corps\u00a0?
