Suivez le guide !\" href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/paleo-ou-pas-suivez-le-guide\/\">aliments pal\u00e9o<\/a> que cette personne consomme d\u00e9j\u00e0. Or, les aliments \u00ab\u00a0approuv\u00e9s pal\u00e9o\u00a0\u00bb du r\u00e9gime standard se limitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>viandes<\/strong>: blancs de poulet, steak hach\u00e9, jambon<\/li>\n<li><strong>fruits<\/strong>\u00a0: pommes, bananes<\/li>\n<li><strong>l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>\u00a0: petits-pois (qui ne sont pas pal\u00e9o, d&rsquo;ailleurs), carottes, tomates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plut\u00f4t banal, non\u00a0? Dans ces conditions, l&rsquo;argument de la monotonie est compr\u00e9hensible&#8230; mais ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une vue de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019o\u00f9 vient la routine alimentaire ?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/confort-zone.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-193\" title=\"Etre pr\u00eat \u00e0 changer ses habitudes\" src=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/confort-zone.jpg\" alt=\"Zone de confort\" width=\"201\" height=\"202\" srcset=\"https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/confort-zone.jpg 201w, https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/confort-zone-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/confort-zone-110x110.jpg 110w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/><\/a>Sans vouloir faire de la philosophie de comptoir, je pense que la routine est fortement li\u00e9e \u00e0 notre nature humaine: dans de nombreux domaines de nos vies, <strong>nous avons tendance \u00e0 explorer un certain p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, puis nous y tenir<\/strong>. Une sorte de penchant naturel \u00e0 nous cantonner \u00e0 ce que nous connaissons, ce que nous ma\u00eetrisons. Tout simplement, nous nous enfermons dans nos habitudes. Libres, certes, mais dans notre enclos mental, notre zone de confort !<\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019alimentation, cela se traduit ainsi: <strong>par habitude, nous achetons toujours les m\u00eames produits, au m\u00eame endroit; nous cuisinons les m\u00eames plats, de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, et mangeons donc semaine apr\u00e8s semaine, les m\u00eames menus.<\/strong> Un jour, on se lasse de cette uniformit\u00e9, cette r\u00e9p\u00e9tition&#8230; c\u2019est la routine !<\/p>\n<h2>Cette routine est-elle propre au r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o?<\/h2>\n<p>La situation que je viens de d\u00e9crire ne vous est-elle pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 arriv\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9gime standard? J\u2019ai fort \u00e0 parier que oui&#8230; La routine n\u2019est donc pas propre au r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o; elle n\u2019est pas li\u00e9e au nombre d\u2019alternatives possibles, \u00e0 la largeur de notre spectre alimentaire, mais bien \u00e0 nos <strong>habitudes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bien sur, c&rsquo;est ind\u00e9niable, le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o supprime des groupes entiers d&rsquo;aliments, tels que les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou la plupart des aliments industrialis\u00e9s. Vous avez donc moins de choix dans l&rsquo;absolu que dans le r\u00e9gime standard : le <strong>risque<\/strong> de tomber dans la routine est donc plus important avec le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o qu\u2019avec le r\u00e9gime standard,<\/p>\n<p>Bien que ce risque existe, le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o n&rsquo;est pas routinier en soi: c&rsquo;est la pratique limit\u00e9e du r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o qui est la source de routine. <strong>L&rsquo;enjeu est donc\u00a0ma\u00eetriser\u00a0ce risque<\/strong> et renouveler sans cesse ce qui arrive dans nos assiettes.
