Ceci afin de ne pas cr\u00e9er de tensions et permettre \u00e0 ceux qui ne suivent pas (encore ? :)) les pr\u00e9ceptes de l&rsquo;alimentation pal\u00e9o de passer quand m\u00eame un bon r\u00e9veillon.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, <strong>la base des plats est pal\u00e9o, et vous proposez en plus des \u00e9l\u00e9ments non pal\u00e9o<\/strong> (comme des toasts) pour que tout le monde soit content.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il y a pas mal de liens vers des <em>M.
