{"id":2640,"date":"2014-10-18T09:24:16","date_gmt":"2014-10-18T07:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/?p=2640"},"modified":"2015-11-10T18:41:18","modified_gmt":"2015-11-10T17:41:18","slug":"muffins-proteines-paleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/muffins-proteines-paleo\/","title":{"rendered":"Muffins prot\u00e9in\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2641\" src=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/muffins-proteines-paleo.jpg\" alt=\"Id\u00e9al en snack pal\u00e9o apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de Crossfit\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/muffins-proteines-paleo.jpg 800w, https:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/muffins-proteines-paleo-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le genre de recettes simples et efficaces que je fais les dimanches, histoire d&rsquo;avoir des parts de prot\u00e9ines toutes pr\u00eates pendant la semaine, et ainsi gagner du temps.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Je mange ces muffins en <a title=\"Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner pal\u00e9o : la meilleure fa\u00e7on de commencer sa journ\u00e9e\" href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/petit-dejeuner-paleo\/\">petit-d\u00e9jeuner pal\u00e9o<\/a> ou en snack apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de force (musculation, crossfit, &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses variantes sont possibles, en ajoutant des l\u00e9gumes de saison notamment (dans mon cas, il me restait de l&rsquo;aubergine, j&rsquo;en ai profit\u00e9 pour la \u00ab\u00a0passer\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>\u00a0: 15 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\u00a0(four):\u00a020 min<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p>Pour une dizaine de muffins :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>200 gr de b\u0153uf h\u00e2ch\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de coulis de tomate<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre, herbes (selon votre go\u00fbt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tailler l&rsquo;oignon, le faire revenir dans la graisse de votre choix (graisse de canard, beurre clarifi\u00e9, huile de coco).<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque l&rsquo;oignon commence \u00e0 devenir translucide, ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois, \u00ab\u00a0casser\u00a0\u00bb la viande afin qu&rsquo;elle se m\u00e9lange bien avec les oignons. Lorsque la viande n&rsquo;est plus rose, la sortir du feu, et r\u00e9server dans un bol.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier \u00e0 part, battre les \u0153ufs en omelette, et ajouter le coulis de tomate. Assaisonner.<\/li>\n<li>Remplir chaque moule \u00e0 muffin de viande, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 mi-hauteur (chez moi cela correspondait \u00e0 une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe, mais vous devez ajuster suivant la taille de vos moules \u00e0 muffins). Finir de remplir avec les \u0153ufs battus.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner et laisser cuire 20 min environ.
