Mais une fois n\u2019est pas coutume.<\/p>\n<p>Puisque j\u2019avais ramass\u00e9 des m\u00fbres sauvages au bord d\u2019un chemin, je me suis dit que c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de faire quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La m\u00fbre<\/strong>, comme tous les fruits rouges, <strong>est pauvre en sucre et riche en anti-oxydants<\/strong>. C\u2019est donc l\u2019un des fruits les plus pal\u00e9o, surtout si on les cueille directement dans les ronces \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est une loi de la nature, que la modernit\u00e9 nous fait oublier\u00a0: les calories, et notamment les sucres, doivent se m\u00e9riter.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, <strong>prenez un panier lors de vos balades<\/strong> et <strong>gardez l\u2019\u0153il ouvert pendant vos footings<\/strong>\u00a0: la nature est g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, il faut savoir en profiter.<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit\u00a0!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>\u00a0: 10 min<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\u00a0(four):\u00a025 min<\/p>\n<p>Pour 6-8 personnes<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p>Pour la <strong>p\u00e2te<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de coco<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>2 CS d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et la <strong>garniture<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>420 g de m\u00fbres sauvages<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>12 cl de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 CS de miel liquide<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Dans un saladier combiner la poudre d\u2019amande, la farine de coco et le sel. M\u00e9langer. Ajouter les \u0153ufs et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re, puis finir de malaxer avec les mains afin de former une boule de p\u00e2te. Etaler la p\u00e2te puis la mettre dans un plat \u00e0 tarte. Boucher les trous \u00e9ventuels avant d\u2019enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur. Cuire 10 min \u00e0 blanc, et laisser le four allum\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, laver les m\u00fbres. Dans un petit bol battre les \u0153ufs avec le lait de coco, ajouter le miel et le sel.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir les m\u00fbres dans le fond de tarte encore chaud, puis recouvrir de la garniture. Enfourner \u00e0 mi-hauteur et cuire 30 min, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pointe d\u2019un couteau ressorte s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n<li>Servir encore ti\u00e8de\u00a0!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>\u00a0: Si vous \u00eates pal\u00e9o depuis longtemps, 2 CS de miel suffiront. Mais si vous avez encore la dent sucr\u00e9e et\/ou si vous proposez cette tarte \u00e0 des gens non pal\u00e9o, vous pouvez mettre 3 voire 4 CS de miel.<\/p>\n<p>Si la p\u00e2te colle un peu, ajustez avec un peu de farine de coco.
