Je vous assure que vous ne le regretterez pas.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de votre transition commence ici\u00a0: il s&rsquo;agit de purger votre cuisine, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire<strong> retirer de votre environnement imm\u00e9diat tous les aliments qui ne sont pas pal\u00e9o<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un r\u00e9gime, vous savez \u00e0 quel point l&rsquo;esprit est faible et qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s facile de faire le mauvais choix lorsque l&rsquo;on est en position de faiblesse (longue journ\u00e9e, fatigue, stress, \u00e9motions diverses, etc.). <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En ne s&rsquo;entourant que d&rsquo;aliments pal\u00e9o, plus de mauvais choix possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Vider ses placards, son frigo et son cong\u00e9lateur<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/carton.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-418 alignright\" title=\"R\u00e9aliser sa transition vers le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o en mettant tous les aliments interdits dans un carton\" src=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/carton.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a>La technique la plus simple et la plus efficace pour purger sa cuisine est la suivante\u00a0: <strong>Arm\u00e9 d&rsquo;un carton<\/strong>, vous allez passer m\u00e9thodiquement de placard en placard, dans le frigo, le cong\u00e9lateur, pour y <strong>retirer TOUT ce qui n&rsquo;est pas pal\u00e9o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour<strong> chaque aliment de votre cuisine<\/strong>, vous devez vous poser la simple question\u00a0: <a title=\"Pal\u00e9o ou pas ? Suivez le guide !\" href=\"http:\/\/experience-paleo.fr\/paleo-ou-pas-suivez-le-guide\/\">Pal\u00e9o ou pas\u00a0?<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Si oui<\/strong>, remettez le \u00e0 sa place. <strong>Si non<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est dans le carton\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Surtout, <strong>ne sautez pas de placards<\/strong>, et passez en revue chaque aliment.<\/p>\n<h2>Pour gagner du temps<\/h2>\n<p>Pour vous faire gagner du temps, je vous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 <strong>une liste d&rsquo;aliments non-pal\u00e9o que l&rsquo;on trouve fr\u00e9quemment dans les cuisines <\/strong>standard. Lisez la liste avant de commencer la purge, vous gagnerez du temps.<\/p>\n<h3>Dans les placards<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>\u00a0: Bl\u00e9, riz, ma\u00efs, p\u00e2tes, pain, semoule, boulgour, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales du petit d\u00e9jeuner, muesli, biscottes, cracottes, g\u00e2teaux, brownies, biscuits, farines de tout type, vermicelles, raviolis, Biscuits ap\u00e9ros, crackers, bi\u00e8re (houblon)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sucres &amp; f\u00e9culents<\/strong>\u00a0: Pomme de terre, pur\u00e9e, petit pois, quinoa, pur\u00e9e de marrons, Nutella, confiture industrielle, sucre en poudre, pop corn, bonbons, chocolat (si moins de 74%), chocolat en poudre, barres chocolat\u00e9es, sirops<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong> : lentilles, haricots blancs, pousses de soja, pois chiches<\/li>\n<li><strong>Huiles<\/strong>\u00a0: Huiles de tournesol, d&rsquo;arachide, de ma\u00efs, de colza<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autres\u00a0<\/strong>: soupe en boite, sauce spaghetti, ketchup, chips, pr\u00e9paration pour g\u00e2teaux\/ cr\u00eapes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Produits laitiers<\/strong>: lait, fromages,\u00a0yaourts (si sucres ajout\u00e9s), margarine,\u00a0cr\u00e8mes-dessert<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sucres<\/strong>: jus de fruits (si sucres ajout\u00e9s), sodas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autres<\/strong>: saucisses type knacki, tofu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Note: Les produits laitiers peuvent \u00eatre gard\u00e9s si bien tol\u00e9r\u00e9s par l&rsquo;organisme<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Au cong\u00e9lateur<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>:\u00a0pizza, quiches, tartes sal\u00e9es ou sucr\u00e9es, petits fours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sucres<\/strong>:\u00a0cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, barres chocolat\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autres<\/strong>: \u00a0repas surgel\u00e9s, poisson pan\u00e9, cordons bleus, \u00a0 frites, nuggets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dans le doute<\/h2>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, la liste ci-dessus ne couvre pas l&rsquo;ensemble des aliments existants. Si vous avez un doute \u00e0 la question \u00ab\u00a0pal\u00e9o ou pas\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, <strong>posez vous ces simples questions<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cet aliment a-t-il pouss\u00e9 sur une plante, un arbre\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Est-il directement issu d&rsquo;un animal qui a couru, nag\u00e9, vol\u00e9\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Le trouveriez-vous\u00a0lors d&rsquo;une balade en for\u00eat?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les crevettes surgel\u00e9es passent le test. Les K*nder Bueno, non.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre fa\u00e7on de lever facilement le doute est de <strong>v\u00e9rifier les ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>\u00a0: si vous voyez appara\u00eetre une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, du sucre, ou si d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale il y a plus de 10 ingr\u00e9dients dans votre produit&#8230; <strong>ce n&rsquo;est pas pal\u00e9o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Que faire de la nourriture non pal\u00e9o?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas sur que le r\u00e9gime pal\u00e9o soit fait pour vous<\/strong>, si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas sur de vous y tenir, <strong>mettez simplement ce carton dans un coin<\/strong>. Tentez simplement l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience pal\u00e9o pour quelques semaines, et prenez une d\u00e9cision ensuite. (bon, fa\u00eetes quand m\u00eame quelque chose rapidement de ces surgel\u00e9s, \u00e7a fond sinon ;))<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vous \u00eates d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 changer pour de bon<\/strong>, ou que les quelques semaines d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience vous ont convaincu (j&rsquo;en \u00e9tais s\u00fbr :)), il faut vous <strong>d\u00e9barrasser<\/strong> de cette nourriture.<\/p>\n<p>Je <strong>d\u00e9teste<\/strong> jeter de la nourriture, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de nourriture que je consid\u00e8re ne pas \u00eatre saine.<\/p>\n<p>Le mieux dans ce cas reste de <strong>donner\u00a0<\/strong>votre carton \u00e0 un voisin ou une association comme les restos du coeur.
