Et bien sur, <strong>c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Quelques explications<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des probl\u00e8mes que l&rsquo;on rencontre avec la semoule de chou-fleur est l&rsquo;<strong>humidit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te<\/strong>. Celle-ci<strong> nuit \u00e0 la cuisson<\/strong> et \u00e0 la <strong>bonne tenue de la p\u00e2te<\/strong>\u00a0: il faut donc aussi bien \u00ab\u00a0s\u00e9cher\u00a0\u00bb la p\u00e2te. Diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes de la pr\u00e9paration permettront de s&rsquo;assurer de cela\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Dans une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza standard, le gluten contenu dans la farine sert <del>\u00e0 vous d\u00e9foncer la sant\u00e9<\/del> de liant\u00a0; Si la p\u00e2te ne contient pas de farine, on utilise alors\u00a0<strong>un liant de substitution<\/strong>: \u00a0<strong>la mozzarella<\/strong> et <strong>les oeufs<\/strong> jouent ce r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, bien qu&rsquo;ill se fasse sentir lors de la cuisson,\u00a0<strong>au go\u00fbt le chou-fleur reste discret<\/strong>.\u00a0Des \u00ab\u00a0pal\u00e9o-sceptiques\u00a0\u00bb de mon entourage en ont redemand\u00e9\u00a0: c&rsquo;est bon signe\u00a0!<\/p>\n<div class=\"primal\">Note : Cette recette contient des produits laitiers, elle n&rsquo;est pas pal\u00e9o au sens strict, et correspond plut\u00f4t \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche \u00ab\u00a0Primal\u00a0\u00bb de Mark Sisson (auteur du livre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/gp\/product\/236549000X\/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&#038;camp=1642&#038;creative=6746&#038;creativeASIN=236549000X&#038;linkCode=as2&#038;tag=experie-21\">Le mod\u00e8le pal\u00e9o<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.fr\/e\/ir?t=experie-21&#038;l=as2&#038;o=8&#038;a=236549000X\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" style=\"border:none !important; margin:0px !important;\" \/>). <\/div>\n<h2>Pizza pal\u00e9o \u00e0 la semoule de chou-fleur<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>\u00a0: 15 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a020-25 minutes pour la p\u00e2te, 15 minutes pour la garniture<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grammes de chou-fleur<\/li>\n<li>250 grammes de mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>Des herbes de Provence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Faire cuire le chou-fleur<\/strong> (dans un saladier 8 min au micro-ondes \u00e0 puissance maximale par exemple)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le faire s\u00e9cher<\/strong>\u00a0: pour cela, \u00e9taler sur un linge propre une feuille de papier absorbant (type sopalain alimentaire) et rouler le linge sur le chou-fleur en appuyant bien pour en absorber l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9.
